Jack
Jack Gloeckner has been living in Athens, Oh, for the past 65 years of his life. He has worked everywhere from Bromley dining hall to OU grounds crew. Now Jack works at the Happy Cat Drive Thru beer and snack shop where he spends his evenings loading up the cars of his friendly customers and watching the game show network.

Inside the Cooler
Jack Gloeckner, 65, refills 12 packs of Miller at the Happy Cat Drive Thru on West Union Street. Gloeckner has been working at the Happy Cat since about a month after its opening last year. Recently the Happy Cat, along with many other Athens beer distributors, has been forced by the Liquor Control Board to crack down on underage drinking. “I either need 500 dollars or I need to see I.D.!” Gloeckner explained to the customers. Boston Roll
