After a close vote on Sunday, July 20, 2008 it was announced that the Latrobe Specialty Steel workers who have been locked out since May 1st will be going back to work. (Tribune-Review)

Nine year old Artie Conforti holds the second place trophy that he won with the South Greensburg Panthers Little League team after their final game on July 10, 2008 at Huff Little League Field.
